Applications
The ZG-Series is an innovative integrated solution combining fine screening, slag lifting, and compression dewatering. It can be installed directly in channels or containers and is widely used in municipal sewage treatment and industrial wastewater projects to effectively intercept solid waste.
Structure and Working Principle
The equipment features a drum-shaped screen basket constructed with precisely spaced bars. Wastewater enters the front of the basket, filters through the bars, and flows out through the outlet. Solid debris is trapped on the bar surface. When the water level difference inside and outside the basket reaches a set value, a rotary toothed rake mechanism activates:
The rake cleans the debris from the bars and lifts it to the top of the basket.
Debris that can fall by gravity is discharged into the slag slot.
For adhered debris, a cleaning plate scrapes it off into the slot after a 15° backward rotation.
A screw conveyor lifts the debris to the compression section for dewatering before discharge.

High Efficiency: The 35° angle between bars and水流 forms a baffle effect, capturing even fine debris smaller than the bar gap.
Self-Cleaning Function: Equipped with a flushing device and anti-clogging mechanism for automated operation.
Optimized Hydraulics: The cylindrical design increases flow velocity, reduces head loss, and minimizes pre-screen accumulation.
Durable Materials: All water-contact components are made of pickling-passivated stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and longevity in harsh environments.
Integrated Design: Combines screening, conveying, and compression into one system, saving space and reducing downstream processing costs.
Low Maintenance: Requires minimal upkeep; rotating points are lubrication-free, and the drive unit needs infrequent servicing.
