This inner-flow fine screen is an advanced mechanical cleaning system designed for continuous interception and removal of solid debris from fluids. It effectively captures flat solids, weeds, fruit shells, and—most notably—hair and fibrous contaminants that are difficult to remove with traditional fine screens. Structure & Working Principle
Wastewater enters vertically through the center of the screen and flows outward through perforated screens on both sides. Debris retained on the inner surface is lifted to the discharge zone as the screen rotates. A high-pressure washing system cleans the screen and flushes residues into an integrated collection hopper. The waste is then conveyed to subsequent treatment stages, completing a continuous and automated cleaning cycle.

The system comprises a main frame, rotating screen and chain, drive unit, slag collection tank, backwash system, and automatic control panel.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
