Combustion process and brief description:
The waste is manually put into the primary combustion chamber of the furnace body, and the automatic temperature control starts the primary combustion. According to the principle of combustion three T (temperature, time, vortex), it is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed and burned in the furnace body combustion chamber. The flue gas produced by incineration enters the second combustion chamber, and the unburned harmful substances in the flue gas are further destroyed in the second combustion chamber. In order to completely decompose the unburned embers and meet the emission requirements, the second combustion chamber is equipped with a burner to assist combustion, and is equipped with a unique secondary air supply device to ensure that the flue gas is in full contact with oxygen at high temperatures, and at the same time to ensure that the flue gas is in the second combustion chamber. The residence time of the combustion chamber is adjusted according to the oxygen content of the flue gas at the outlet of the second combustion chamber. The temperature in the second combustion chamber is controlled and the larger particles are removed by the dust collector, so that the incineration efficiency and destruction removal rate can reach more than 99%, so that it can achieve the effect of no odor, no odor and smoke, and reach the national emission standard. It enters the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere, and the ashes produced after combustion are manually taken out, screened, transferred and buried.
